Digital Products

Product listings describe the files and materials included with each purchase. Unless a listing expressly states otherwise, products are delivered digitally and no physical item will be shipped. Customers are responsible for confirming that their software, equipment, materials, and technical skills are compatible with the product before purchasing.

Licenses and Permitted Use

All digital products remain the intellectual property of NorthByLori Studio or the identified rights holder. Purchasing a product grants only the license stated in that product’s listing or included license file. Ownership of copyright or source files is not transferred.

Unless a product license expressly permits otherwise, customers may not resell, share, gift, redistribute, sublicense, copy for another person, upload to a shared design library, or make the digital files available for download. Product-specific license terms control if they differ from these general terms.

Accounts and Orders

You agree to provide accurate order and account information and to protect your login credentials. We may cancel or restrict an order when reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, payment problems, unlawful activity, or misuse of digital files.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and may change without notice. Applicable taxes and payment options are calculated or displayed during checkout. An order is complete only after payment has been authorized and accepted.

Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by the NorthByLori Studio Digital Product Refund Policy. Digital purchases are generally final once accessed or downloaded, except for qualifying duplicate charges, incorrect delivery, or unresolved verified file defects.

Tutorials, demonstrations, settings, and business information are provided for educational purposes. Results vary based on equipment, materials, software, technique, market conditions, and other factors. NorthByLori Studio does not guarantee a particular crafting, sales, income, or business result.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NorthByLori Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products. Any direct liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
