Digital Product Refund Policy

Digital Products

NorthByLori Studio sells digital files, tutorials, patterns, templates, and other downloadable products. No physical product is shipped unless a listing expressly states otherwise.

Refunds and Exchanges

Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, purchases are generally final once the files have been accessed or downloaded. Please review each product description, included file types, software requirements, and license terms before purchasing.

A refund may be considered when a customer is charged more than once for the same order, receives an incorrect file, or encounters a verified technical defect that NorthByLori Studio cannot correct. A change of mind, lack of compatible software or equipment, failure to read the listing, or difficulty using a file does not normally qualify for a refund.

File Assistance

If a file is missing, damaged, or will not download, contact us before opening a payment dispute. We will make a reasonable effort to provide a replacement file or help resolve the delivery issue.
